If you would like to donate, all you need to do is visit any business with a GM5FK tin at their business, or donate directly into the GM5FK Bank of Queensland Account. Alternatively, you can send a cheque addressed to GM5FK directly to the Health Foundation or to the 4TOFM office.

Local Events:

Marathon for Change, GM5FK Launch
Tuesday 1st June – The Marathon for Change is an 8km marathon across town pushing wheelie bins collecting loose change. Meanwhile, Pricey will be doing his show live from the Hospital with a BBQ breakfast and a donation collection station will be located at the local Mcdonalds with a player from the Townsville Mcdonalds Crocodiles Basketball Team.

Radio Station Open Day
Sunday 6th June – The station will be open to the public for tours from 10am till 1pm with family amusements on site and all profits going to GM5FK.

The Lockup
Friday, 11th June – Local Identities will be locked in the studio with our breakfast announcer Pricey until they have raised a combined total of $15 000. 

Tropical Shirt Friday
Friday, 11th June – We are urging all Workplaces and Schools to throw on a Tropical shirt for Tropical Shirt Friday – Organise a collector to get a gold coin from everyone wearing a Tropical Shirt and help the kids at the Townsville Hospital.

Toy Story 3 Movie Premier
Win tickets to the preview screening of Toy Story 3 3D from Monday 7th June till Friday 18th. The movie will be on at the Birch Carroll and Coyle, Sunday, 20th June. Children from the Townsville Hospitals Children’s Ward will be treated as VIP’s. On the day a bunk bed will be auctioned and we will be asking for donations for the GM5FK.

Auction Week

Joyce Mayne Broadcast
Wednesday, 30 June – Pricey will be broadcasting live all day from the local Joyce Mayne. During this time he will be asking for donations, $5000 of which will be match by Joyce Mayne.
