WE SUPPORT Money raised will purchase equipment to use as part of the Hospital in the Home Program, which provides home based treatment and support to patients with chronic diseases to manage their treatment and care at home in a bid to reduce their inpatient admissions. This equipment will focus on portable monitoring equipment, portable pulse oximeters, glucose monitoring devices etc.

26th June - K&D WAREHOUSE BBQ Heart 107.3 will be broadcasting live from K&D Warehouse Hobart from 8am to 12noon. Come down and support GM54K, make a donation, for a $2 you can grab yourself a sausage or a drink.
